Science Investigation Awards – Royal Adelaide Show Finalist Entries
The Science Investigation Awards are a state wide competition which engage students in experimental design and scientific enquiry. The Awards are for students in years 4 to 12 studying science.
The competition encourages students to use science investigation skills – how to design and test a hypothesis, manage variables and replications, write a science report and communicate results to research a topic of interest and produce a scientific investigation report in a poster form.
Preliminary judging is held as part of Science Week, with the Grand Finals held on the first Monday of the Royal Adelaide Show.
How to complete the registration form: each entry comprising of one or two students will need to complete a registration form. The field ‘Spaces’ at the bottom of the registration form is to indicate the number of people attending with this registration i.e. student plus teacher/parents/guardians (maximum people attending with each registration is three).
