AgC managed all aspects of the conference, working with a passionate industry organising committee. We managed the entire event logistics – set up and milestone planning, executive support to the ‘usual’ activities including logistics, registration, speaker management, website, communication, promotion, post-conference tours, risk and issues management, industry building activities and sponsorship.
RESULT
Typically, the conference requires an 18-month planning phase. Despite this, LambEx 2018 reached its planning and financial milestones … with great feedback from delegates and the committee.
